How Wedding Varmala Preservation Actually Works

If you're thinking about preserving your wedding varmala, the process is simpler than it looks from the outside. Here's exactly what happens from the day you place your order to the day your resin clock arrives at your door.

Step 1: Place your order

Choose your clock size and let us know the couple's names and wedding date if you'd like them added in gold foil or acrylic lettering. Once your order is confirmed, we'll email you our workshop address in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Step 2: Pack and send your varmala

Pack your dried or fresh varmala in a resealable bag inside a padded cardboard box, and ship it to us using any trackable courier service, with your order ID written on the package. We recommend sending it as soon as possible after the wedding, since fresher flowers preserve their colour better.

Step 3: We confirm receipt

As soon as your varmala arrives, we log it against your order ID and confirm receipt over email or WhatsApp, so you're never left wondering if it reached us safely.

Step 4: Cleaning, treatment and preservation

Each varmala is cleaned and treated individually, never in a batch, to slow down natural decay before it's set in resin. This stage plus curing typically takes about 10 to 14 working days.

Step 5: Your resin clock ships back to you

Once the resin has fully cured and the piece is finished, we pack it carefully and ship it back to you. You'll get a notification the moment it leaves our workshop.

If any of your flowers have already wilted by the time you're ready to send them, don't worry, this is common and we can usually still work with them. Reach out to us before shipping if you're unsure.
