After you select a clock design, you'll be asked to upload your photos and add any text (names, a date, a message) directly on the product page before adding it to your cart. We hand-pour and set everything in resin exactly as you specify.

For the sharpest result, upload high-resolution, well-lit photos (at least 1000px on the shorter side). Blurry or very low-resolution images may look soft once printed and set in resin.

For most orders we go straight into production once you confirm your upload and text. If you'd like a digital proof before we start, mention it in the order notes or message us on WhatsApp before checking out.

Handmade resin work typically takes 5–7 working days to cure and finish before it ships, on top of standard delivery time. Festive/wedding season may add a couple of extra days — we'll always confirm your timeline after you order.

Once you place a preservation order, securely pack your varmala (a resealable bag inside a padded box works best) and ship it to our workshop address, using your order ID as reference. Full instructions are emailed to you after checkout.

Yes. Each varmala is logged against your order ID on arrival, professionally cleaned, treated to prevent decay, and then set in resin. We handle every garland individually — nothing is batch-processed.

Once we receive your varmala, preservation and resin curing takes about 10–14 working days, plus return shipping. We'll notify you the moment it's received and again when it ships back.

We can still preserve most garlands, though very dried or fragile flowers may shift slightly during the process. Let us know the condition when you book so we can advise on the best framing option.

Yes — most products offer a choice of frame finish and background colour at the product page. Your selections are shown in your cart and order summary before you pay.

Since every order is made specifically for you, changes or cancellations are only possible before production begins. Once we've started working with your photos, text or varmala, the order can no longer be modified or cancelled — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

Yes. All payments are processed through an industry-standard, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway with end-to-end encryption. We never store your card details.

Resin clocks and preserved varmala pieces are fragile, so each order is wrapped, corner-protected and boxed individually before it ships, to minimise the risk of damage in transit.

Wipe gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid direct, prolonged sunlight and harsh chemical cleaners, which can dull the resin's finish over time.
