Made-to-Order Production Time

Every item on Giftwalas is handmade to order. Custom resin wall clocks typically take 5 – 7 working days to make and cure before dispatch. Varmala preservation takes 10 – 14 working days after we receive your garland, since it involves cleaning, treatment and resin curing.
Production time is in addition to the delivery timelines below. During wedding/festive season, production may take a couple of extra days — we will always confirm your expected timeline after you order.

Once your order is ready, it is dispatched within 24 hours and delivered to you within 2 to 3 Working Days (in case of EXPRESS SHIPPING) and 5 to 7 Working Days (in case of FREE SHIPPING).
Any order placed/booked on late weekend i.e. on Saturday post 12:00 pm will be automatically processed for dispatch on Monday or on the next working day evening. There is no courier service or pickups on Sunday, on any Government Holidays, or on days when the business is not operating.
Orders booked during any festival month might be delayed in dispatch/delivery in comparison to its normal delivery timelines due to several reasons like shortage of stock, overloaded shipments for delivery.
Shipping details filled while booking the order should be correct and any delay in delivery due to wrong details will be the sole responsibility of customers only.
In case of tampered/damaged or any suspicious mishandling of the parcel before receiving/final delivery, either kindly don’t accept the order or if accepted then leave the required remarks on the POD (Proof of Delivery) before signing of the parcel. Also, make a video/proof of the unboxing the parcel in any of the above circumstances, so necessary action can be taken against the said shipping partner.

Express Shipping is available to the mentioned states only: Rajasthan, Delhi, Haryana, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, West Bengal.
In case you are not from the above mentioned STATES, we recommend you to opt for FREE SHIPPING only.
Under Express Shipping the delivery will be done in 2 to 3 Working Days only under Normal Circumstances. (Giftwalas will not be liable for delayed deliveries due to any local festivals, local holiday, government restrictions, agitations, riots, strikes, delivery office closures, accidents, delayed or cancelled flights etc.)
If your order is not delivered to you in 2 to 3 Working Days (only under normal circumstances), the CHARGES for Express Delivery will be refunded to the customer in 5 to 7 Working Days.

After placing a varmala preservation order, pack your garland securely — a resealable bag inside a padded box or envelope works best — and ship it to the workshop address emailed to you at checkout, with your Order ID written on the parcel.
We recommend using a trackable courier service for sending your varmala to us. Giftwalas is not responsible for items lost in transit before they reach our workshop — please retain your inbound tracking number.
We will confirm receipt of your varmala by email/WhatsApp before beginning work, and notify you again once your finished piece ships back to you.
