1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized and customized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

Initiate a Return: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@giftwalas.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
Return Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Refunds

Refund Eligibility

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The credit will be applied within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

3. Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at info@giftwalas.com with your order number and details of the product.

Exchange Process

Once approved, you will be given instructions on how to send the defective item back to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will send you a replacement.
